Summer Workshop. £35.00 per person

I am delighted to be hosting my first outside workshop. This is @foxlightflowerfarm. 

This will be a fun morning. It’s okay if you are a complete beginner, no worries. I want you to come and enjoy. We will practice Yoga Asanas and breathing. We will finish with a lovely deep relaxation called yoga nidra. 

Included in the price will be Homemade cake [vegan option available} and a cup of tea of your choice.
