Videos are a great way of getting to the mat. I have videos to do first thing in the morning and videos for helping you to relax later in the day. There are videos of different lengths to help fit in with a busy life and can easily be fitted into your day.

The yoga I teach is slow and mindful, working with the breath. You can work at your own pace. They are suitable for most people. I offer online support so that you feel confident to practice at home.

The video library is divided into sections for easy access. A new video will be in the new video section so you can see it’s just been added. The videos sections are; Yoga videos  These are the main type of video and they range in length depending on what time you have to practice. They cover many different subjects so lot’s to choose from. 

Pranayama videos; These are the yoga breathing videos. They can be added onto a yoga practice, usually at the end but also before or they can be used on independently

Meditation videos; These are really helpful as they help guide you through a meditation. Again they can be used in combination with other videos or separately.

Relaxation videos; These are great for when you are feeling a bit stressed and you need to calm. I have yoga nidra and other forms of relaxation. They can be practiced lying down or in an easy chair or bed. They are helpful at night to do just before bed for a deep and restful sleep

Video library consists of Yoga , pranayama, meditation and relaxation. The videos are updated and added on a regular basis. I now have my own studio and so will be making more videos . I encourage my members to let me know what they would like to practice and work closely at making accessible videos with modifications to help with your practice
