Before the corona virus lockdown I attended Donna's weekly MS yoga group. Since the change to our daily lives Donna has provided the MS Group with weekly videos of yoga practice. These have had a different focus each week, including chair exercises and they have covered a wide range of practice together with relaxation.

I have been attending The MS yoga class run by Donna since the very beginning some 17 years ago. The whole concept of this class is about flexibility, balance and relaxation. The class is suitable for all abilities and Donna has a remarkable way of knowing all of the group and their individual needs and capabilities. It is so beneficial both physically and mentally. We are a friendly group who enjoy the social interaction as well as the exercise and all look forward to the relaxation at the end of each class.
I am also very fortunate to have weekly one to one sessions with Donna at home. These sessions focus on meditation and mindfulness which I find really helpful in maintaining calmness and positivity. Guided meditation with Donna is something everyone should experience. Using many of the techniques I have learned have helped me cope with some recently challenging times.
It will be so good to get back to our classes at The Hastings Centre when this shutdown is over but Donna has been doing amazing online classes which has helped maintain our sanity.

I have found them so beneficial both physically and mentally and they’ve helped me immensely. Her classes are always very calm but structured, and never the same, as she varies the practice, so it always remains interesting.I have found her to be a brilliant teacher.
Likewise since lockdown, every week we’ve received videos covering a yoga practice, breathing ,relaxation and meditation. Fantastic, as we can all do it whenever we want to and keeps us all still feeling part of the class. Donna makes yoga a really great experience and I always recommend her as a teacher.

I participated in Donna's face-to-face yoga classes for a couple of years before lockdown. As a retired, but active, person, I found Donna's encouragement and inclusion of all abilities, including total beginners, stimulating and kind. When I broke my wrist, Donna also encouraged me still to attend the classes when I felt like it, taking time to explain how I could attempt exercises and poses without any problems or risk. During lockdown, Donna did a wonderful job posting videos that we could use at home - for specific parts of the body, general sessions and our wider mental health. Donna has developed her business to cater for those of us who now prefer to continue our sessions at home with her videos, but also reintroducing classes and workshops for those who are ready for that way of doing their yoga. I would recommend Donna as a yoga teacher to anyone, whether they are new to yoga or already experienced in the techniques.
