Face to face classes are offered in Bexhill and Whatlington. I have two morning classes in Bexhill on Monday and Wednesday and an evening class In Whatlington. All classes can be booked on this website. Just click on the blue shape on the front page.

Monday Morning yoga.

St Stephens Hall, Bexhill. 10.30 to 11.45

This is a mixed ability class and beginners are very welcome. This is also a good class if you have a health problem as I can help you and give you modifications. This class is very accessible and will give you confidence in your body. We work with yoga postures, breathing and relaxation. We usually do some restorative yoga towards the end of the session and then relaxation.

Wednesday Morning yoga

St Stephens Hall, Bexhill 9.00am to 10.00am

This is a mixed ability class and beginners are welcome. We work on yoga sequences, balancing and coordination. We also practice yoga breathing and relaxation.

Tuesday Evening class

Whatlington village hall 6.45pm to 8.00pm

This is a chill out evening class. We work on lots of floor based yoga and breathing. We also practice meditation and relaxation. Beginners welcome.
